About us

The World of Fine Wining is an independent wine consultancy founded by its principal, Chan Peterson.  We provide consulting services to collectors engaged in building, culling and valuing their collections; conduct tastings and wine dinners for private groups, clubs and companies; and teach the WSET LEVEL 1 & 2 classes in San Antonio on behalf of the Napa Valley Wine A ademy.
