History

McGuigan Wines traces its history back to the late 19th century, when the McGuigan family began its winemaking journey in the Hunter Valley. The McGuigans were pioneers of the region, with a passion for producing high-quality wines that has spanned four generations. The winery was officially founded in the 1990s by Brian McGuigan, who built on the family’s legacy and helped shape McGuigan Wines into a globally recognised brand.
