Thanks to the weather in 2015, we were able to pick our grapes on the 29th of September. It has the typical „Kadarka” tone in its color, which is followed by its nice characteristic smell. This exciting and unique taste keeps its form for long years. The highly restrained produced grapes, after the harvest, were fermented in wood barrels for long months. Could be the perfect choice for lamb or red meat poultry, served at 18-20°C.
