If you are thinking about elegant white wines, Chardonnay must be one of the first types that comes to your mind. We wanted to carry on this worldwide known image, actually, in an even better form. This year favoured to our fields, the grapes became flavourful and well matured, which can be discovered in it’s iconic taste. After picking, we used malolactic fermentation and lees stirring. Fermented and aged in new barrique barrels, and due to the battonage technology, our final result is an elegant, bodied white wine. Cool down to 9-10°C and pair with your favourite smoked ham based dishes, poultry mails or drink beside a charcuterie board.
