Aroma: Fruit forward nose of black cherry and black raspberry with hints of light floral and strawberry. Palate: Nice body and well balanced with a medium acid and tannin profile focused mid-palate. It delivers dark cherry and blackberry with blueberry, dark chocolate and a touch of vanilla. Finish: Clean with light fruit and tannins sticking to tongue and cheeks. Tech data: Free SO2 29 ppm at bottling, pH 3.72, TA 6.9 g/l, RS 4 g/l Bottled in recycled glass.
