Palate: Very well balanced with rounded tannins and medium acidity. Fruit is blackberry, cherry, sweet tobacco leaf, chocolate with a touch of oak-inspired vanilla. Finish: Clean with ripe dark berry fruit and cocoa. Bottled in recycled glass. Tech data: Free SO2 29 ppm at bottling, pH 3.72, TA 6.9 g/l, RS 4 g/l.
