Our 2014 Rosé is the offspring of the judicious Saignée of 2014 Syrah (wherein juice is bled from red wine in the first hour of maceration to intensify and compact the density of the resulting wine). Soft rose petals meet the eye. Farm ripe strawberries and muddled raspberries go for broke aromatically. 2880 Rosé is a delightfully dry and crisp wine of the pink persuasion.
