A lifted bouquet of poached rhubarb and plum aromas, with hints of delicate oak, leatherwood and spicy licorice. The palate is finely structured with rich fruit flavour, savoury and spicy notes. A wonderful food wine dedicated to Reuben Chapman, an early Paracombe settler.
