The fruit for the 2015 Sauvignon Blanc is harvested in the middle of the night from Howard Vineyard (Block 5 and 10). This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from our Nairne displays tropical passionfruit, gooseberry and pineapple on the nose. The palate delivers white grapefruit, citrus and Summer herbs.
