Winemaker Comments

- Sight: Red cherry color with purple trim, high layer, indicating its amplitude. - Nose: Clear and fruity; the ripe red fruit and the characteristic aromas of the ageing inside the wood stand out: balsamics as vanilla, species, nuts and toasting as tobacco. - Mouth: Balanced, full-bodied, good entrance and wonderful acidity. Wide aftertaste where the ripe red fruit appear again, lingering finish. - Wine-pairing: It can go with red meat and game, firm-fleshed roasts, rice as paella, cheeses, grilled vegetables or even fish with sauce.
